What do I get when I pay?
Upon receipt of your payment U.S. Claims Services will mail you all the forms and instructions necessary to begin the claim process. We will provide phone support to assist you in completing the forms and answer any questions you may have. We will also call the government entity holding your money and obtain a status check on your behalf. In many cases we can also provide you with a state approved form linking you to your former address for a small additional fee. Our service does not stop until you receive your money.
